LOS COLORES
Three rolled enchiladas, one each of: chicken with green chile, shredded beef with chile con queso, and cheese with red chile. Served with refritos and arroz.

SANTA FE BLUE
Blue corn tortillas layered with chicken, Jack and cheddar cheeses, topped with choice of chile. Served with sides of charro beans and posole.

TRES TACOS
Three corn tortilla tacos served crisp or home-style, grilled in wheat flour table tortillas, filled with your choice of chicken, beef, or machaca. Served with refritos and arroz.

CHIMICHANGA
Choice of chicken, beef, or machaca served grilled. Topped with guacamole and sour cream served with sides of refritos, arroz, and choice of chile.

Dinner Plan 2

SALMON NORTENO
Salmon steak seasoned with a blend of chile and herbs grilled and topped with pico de gallo. Served with calabacitas sautéed in jalapeno butter and arroz. Garnished with guacamole and sweet corn cake.

RIBEYE
16oz. USDA Choice hand cut ribeye, wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days, seasoned and fire-broiled to order. Served with sweet corn cake and two choices of: charro beans, posole, arroz, refritos, or Santa Fe potatoes.

FAJITAS
Choice of beef, chicken, pork, or vegetarian marinated and seasoned with special Garduno's recipe. Served sizzling with grilled onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo, squeezed lime and choice of Garduno's table, flour or whole wheat tortillas.

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN WITH A RELLENO OR ENCHILADA
Half of a Garduno's high quality chicken, hand rubbed with our special blend of herbs and spices, and slow cooked in our gas fired rotisserie. Served with papitas, calabacitas, fresh flour tortillas, sweet corn cake, and choice of a homemade chile relleno and green chile or cheese enchilada and red chile.

Dinner Plan 3

PORTERHOUSE, GREEN CHILE BEHAMEL, SANTA FE POTATOES Porterhouse, Green Chile Behamel, Santa Fe Potatoes 16oz. USDA Choice hand cut porterhouse, wet-aged for a minimum of 30 days, seasoned and fire-broiled to order. Topped with Green Chile Behamel and served with sweet corn cake, Santa Fe potatoes, and choice of: charro beans, posole, arroz, or refritos.


BROILED PORK TENDERLOIN
Hand rubbed with chipotle and roasted garlic. Served with sides of calabacitas, papitas, charro beans, and sweet corn cake.


SEA BASS
Sea Bass, topped with poblano cream sauce with sides of green chile fettuccini alfredo and fresh vegetables sautéed in jalapeno butter. Served with sweet corn cake.


STUFFED CHICKEN RELLENO
Lightly breaded chicken breast stuffed with asadero cheese and green chile. Served with calabacitas, arroz, and sweet corn cake.
