ON-SITE CATERING


You'll come back again and again! Big or small, from breakfast to dinner, corporate meetings to weddings, we can cater any event for you. We are a full service on or off premises facility and offer custom menus designed with you in mind.


We have exciting and innovative food for every aspect of your event, fulfilling every request of food, bar and banquet space. We can also provide music, flowers, limousines, valet parking and any other services you require to make your event memorable and accommodating for your guests.


Room fees and non alcoholic beverages are included in your per person charge. There will be a 20% service charge along with state and local charges. We can custom design a special menu for you. Hosted and cash bars are available for your event. If you have further questions, please address them to your event coordinator.


We would like to personally extend an invitation for you to visit our beautiful banquet facilities located at The Balloon Fiesta Park. Featuring indoor seating for up to 300, we also offer an upper deck seating up to 500 and a picturesque view of the Sandia Mountains. We look forward to arranging an extraordinary event for you and your guests.

OFF-SITE CATERING


There will be a 20% service charge for the personnel required to handle your event, as well as state and local taxes. Specialty linens and decor are extra.


All buffets are subject to a catering fee to cover the cost of set-up and breakdown, delivery and clean-up, and all non-food and beverage items required to make your party a success. The fee is dependent upon the number of guests and the location of your event. In the interests of public safety, quality and presentation, we do not allow any food buffet to stay in place for more than two hours. Typically, (30) minutes to an hour are required for our staff to set up an event, and the same amount of time is needed to break down. All buffets require a thirty (30) guest minimum.


We can custom design a special menu for you. Hosted and Cash Bars are available for your event. If you have further questions, please address them to your event coordinator.
