Life Insurance
WHO: Cast Members, their spouse and/or dependent children.

Cast Member: $10,000
Spouse: $5,000

Supplemental Life Insurance
WHO: Managers, their spouse, and/or dependent children.
WHEN: 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment.
WHAT: Group term life and AD&D insurance coverage for:
Manager: up to $200,000
Spouse: up to $200,000
Aflac Insurance
WHO: Cast Members and household members.
WHEN: 1st day of the month following 6 months of employment or once a year at open enrollment, October 1st.
WHAT: Provides coverage for accidents, cancer, short term disability.
Prepaid Legal Services
WHO: Cast Members and household members
WHEN: Immediately
WHAT: A pre-paid Legal Membership providing legal assistance.
Benefits
Tuition Reimbursement Cast Members may immediately receive reimbursement of $200.00 per calender year for pre-approved courses.
Direct Deposit
Cast Members may have their pay automatically deposited in their checking and/or saving account.

Leave Benefits
Educational
Cast Members may request educational leave after completing thirty days of employment. Your position will be available to you during school breaks.
Vacation
Cast Members enjoy yearly vacation time.
The amount of vacation varies by length of service.
1 year = 1 week
2-4 years = 2 weeks
5-9 years = 3 weeks
10+ years = 4 weeks
Savings and Retirement
Credit Union
Cast Members may join Credit Union, an interest checking with direct deposit available and, loans at preferred rates.
401-(k)
Available to Cast Members age 21 or over with one year of service. Eligible employees may contribute up to 100% of gross pay with pre-tax dollars.
