MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Seeking highly motivated managers and chefs with strong technical and employee / guest skills.
We are interested in career-oriented professionals with 2+ years of restaurant management experience. We offer:

Manager: up to $200,000
Spouse: up to $200,000

WHO: Managers and household members.
WHEN: 1st day of the month following 90 days of employment or once a year at open enrollment, October 1st.
WHAT: Provides coverage for accidents, cancer, short term disability.

Managers earn 4 days per year effective 90 days from employment.
Bereavement
Managers earn 3 days per death of immediate family member.

Vacation
Managers enjoy yearly vacation time.
The amount of vacation varies by length of service.
6 months = 1 week
1 year = 1 week
2-4 years = 2 weeks
5-9 years = 3 weeks
10+ years = 4 weeks
Savings and Retirement

Managers may join Credit Union, an interest checking with direct deposit available and, loans at preferred rates.
401-(k)
Available to managers age 21 or over with one year of service. Eligible employees may contribute up to 100% of gross pay with pre-tax dollars.
